Are repair parts included?
No. Parts, hardware and licensed software are charged separately. We quote them to you and only order or fit them once you approve.
Will I know the repair cost before work starts?
Yes. After the diagnosis you get the estimate in writing. No chargeable repair labour begins until you approve it.
