Mohali is really two cities in one address book. The older phases carry sector numbers as well — Phase 7 is Sector 61, Phase 11 is Sector 65 — while everything from Sector 66 outwards was planned later and never got a phase name at all. Tell us either name and we will find you.
Includes the technician doorstep visit, a basic diagnosis, an issue assessment, and a repair estimate before any additional chargeable work.
Repair labour may be extra after your approval. Parts, hardware, licensed software and advanced services may be extra.
The original Mohali. Each phase has a sector number too, and residents use both — so we list both. Established housing, local markets and long-standing small businesses.
Phases 7 to 11, the busiest part of old Mohali for shops and offices. Our operating office is in Phase 11, so this belt is the one we know best.
Newer planned sectors with no phase name. A mix of independent houses and group housing, so both desktop and laptop work, plus a lot of router and mesh Wi-Fi setup.
GMADA's newer residential pockets running out towards the airport. Newer buildings usually mean newer machines, and the calls here lean towards Windows setup, storage upgrades and getting a home office working properly.
Sohana sits beside the Sector 76–79 stretch on Airport Road (NH-5). Older village-side housing next to new sectors, which in practice means the full range — from an ageing desktop to a new work-from-home setup.
GMADA's township along the 200-foot airport road, running from the Sector 66 junction out towards the international airport — roughly 1,000 acres and close to 4,000 residential plots, so it is a substantial neighbourhood in its own right rather than a corner of Mohali. Plots and new builds mean a lot of first-time setup work: a fresh Windows installation on a new machine, a router placed so it actually covers the whole house, a printer joined to the network, and the home-office wiring nobody thinks about until the first video call. We treat Aerocity as its own area within Mohali, and you can book to an Aerocity address directly.
GMADA's IT City spans Sectors 82-A, 83-A and 101-A, with Knowledge City at Sector 81. Business IT support, office networks and annual maintenance rather than household repairs.
The Sector 111–114 belt runs along the Kharar–Landran road and links Mohali to both towns. Included here as geography — Kharar and Landran each have their own page below.

If it is a laptop, the Laptop Repair page goes through what each of these usually turns out to be — power, battery, heat, screen or storage — and what putting it right involves.
Prices above are starting estimates for the repair work itself, confirmed after diagnosis. The ₹499 Doorstep Visit & Diagnosis is a separate charge, paid when you book the visit.
Windows installation, formatting, drivers and virus removal are standard doorstep jobs. A clean installation clears the system drive, so before we start we go through what needs keeping: files in Desktop, Downloads and Documents, browser bookmarks and saved passwords, any BitLocker recovery key if the drive is encrypted, and how the Windows licence is tied to the machine.
There is a fuller walkthrough — licensing, drivers, BitLocker and drive health — on the Windows Installation page.
If a machine matters enough that being without it is a problem, an annual plan covers preventive maintenance visits and breakdown visits for the year, for homes and for offices. Plans start at ₹5,999 a year for one computer, each with a stated visit limit.
See AMC plans →Either. The Mohali phases and sectors are the same places under two names: Phase 1 is Sector 55, Phase 7 is Sector 61, Phase 11 is Sector 65. Sectors from 66 outwards were planned later and have no phase name at all.
Yes. Aerocity, the 200-foot airport road belt and the IT City sectors are all part of the Mohali area we work across. Book to your Aerocity address directly and mention the pocket or plot number.
Yes. A technician comes to your home or office in Mohali — you do not carry the machine to a shop. Book online or call 7009404700, and service availability for your exact locality can be confirmed when booking.
₹499 is the Doorstep Visit & Diagnosis. It covers the technician's visit to your home or office, a basic diagnosis, an assessment of the issue, and a repair estimate before any additional chargeable work. Repair labour may be extra after your approval, and parts, hardware, licensed software and advanced services may be extra.
Yes. Windows installation, formatting, driver setup and virus removal are standard doorstep jobs in most cases. A clean installation clears the system drive, so we go through what needs keeping before starting.
Yes — laptops, desktops and assembled PCs, across the usual brands. Printers, routers and home or office networks are covered too.
Backing up is discussed as part of the diagnosis, and a straightforward copy of your files can often be done during the visit. Larger transfers, or recovery from a failing or already-crashed drive, are quoted separately — drive recovery is workshop work, not a doorstep job.
Yes. Printer setup and faults, router and Wi-Fi installation, weak coverage, LAN cabling and slow-internet diagnosis are all doorstep work.
Call 7009404700 or send your address on WhatsApp before booking, and we will confirm availability for that locality. The areas listed on this page are the parts of Mohali we work across.
You still pay the ₹499 Doorstep Visit & Diagnosis, which covers the visit and the diagnosis that was carried out. No repair charge is raised if we cannot repair it.
Any warranty or service assurance, where specifically offered for an individual repair, will be communicated in writing with the applicable service terms.
